Privacy

What we hear, and what we forget.

  1. What we collect.

    When you leave a voice note on this page, we store the audio so we can reply. We also record your IP address, only to prevent abuse. That's it.

  2. What we don't collect.

    No tracking cookies. No data sharing with advertisers. We don't train any model on your voice. Your message is not linked to a profile on any other network.

  3. Analytics.

    We use Plausible — a cookie-less, privacy-friendly analytics tool hosted in the EU. It counts page views by country, nothing else. You can block it without any consequence to your experience.

  4. Where it lives.

    Audio and contacts live on a server with disk-level encryption. Everything is automatically deleted ninety days after submission, or sooner if you ask — write to hello@ouvi.ai and we delete within five business days.

  5. Children.

    This page is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

  6. About the ouviai product.

    This page is the front door to the ouviai assistant, which runs as a companion device linked to your WhatsApp account. When you use the assistant itself, additional privacy rules apply — they're presented inside the app at pairing time.
